Johnson Motors in St. Croix Falls has been amazing and seen my frustration with buying a new vehicle and out of the 3 weeks of owning it, it was in the shop being worked on 1 of those 3 weeks. I got my car back on Friday 3-27 and unfortunately the sealant for the oil pan didn't hold and my car was leaking oil so I did have to take it back in on 3-30, but I did have it back the following day. I hope the repairs work and hold again St. Croix was Amazing and Faith was absolutely great to work with in the service department.

Overall I'm satisfied with the service. Here's my experience: I bought the Buick Enclave in September, and after coming back to Johnson for the second oil change (in March) I was told there were some leaks and things wrong, but not to worry it's all covered by the extended warranty. The service writer sent me an email then, but the link did not work. So I didn't think much of it. A few weeks later I got a call from the scheduler letting me know that the parts were in, and "Can we get you on the schedule?" So I asked again what works was being done, and really never got a complete explanation, but a long list of parts and pieces. When I dropped the car off it was supposed to be a three day job. I dropped it off on Tuesday May 5th. I did not hear from anyone from Johnson's until the following Tuesday the 12th when I initiated a called asking for an update. After that phone call I got updates daily (explaining that the tech had gotten ill and hadn't been to work for some days) and finally got my car back on Friday the 15th. Unfortunately when I picked up my car, the one service writer on duty was a bit busy so I paid, got my keys and left. Again, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. I just wish someone would have explained to me what was broken and what was done to fix it.

Our vehicle repair was completed the same day and efficiently.

Johnson Motors (St. Croix Falls MN) was able to accomodate me and my 2018 Silverado 2500 HD 6.0L transmission fluid service in the form of a complete dexron VI ATF exchange the next day after I visited. I requested that they replace both engine belts as well since it has been just over 123,000 miles and over eight years on these original belts. They were able to do that task as well. After I got my vehicle back and drove it 8+ hours the next day, there were no issues which is a good thing! Great work, Johnson Motors.

I have been purchasing cars/trucks from this dealership for 13 years and have been completely satisfied with the service. Currently I believe it is difficult to find and retain certified mechanics due to a shortage of said mechanics. Johnson Motors is a very good dealership. I also believe GMC is making it somewhat difficult for their dealerships due to many quality issues with their current lineup of vehicles. GMC has to get their shit together bigtime before I purchase a new vehicle again.

I've had to bring this vehicle in to Johnson's SEVERAL times for warranty work. Every time it's been terrible. From rudeness to oily handprints left on my ceiling. It's been a nightmare every single time. However...... This most recent visit allowed me to work with Faith. From Minute one, she was professional, personable, and actually listened to my concerns. She kept me informed every few days on the progress of my vehicle, and when it was done, she even had the ceiling cleaned up from the previous visit! I didn't give this visit 5 stars because I firmly believe this repair should have been identified and completed during the previous repair. I hope this nightmare I purchased from Johnson doesn't need yet another Warranty repair, but if it does, I hope to work with Faith again. She sets a standard many other Johnson employees should aspire towards. Thank you, Faith.

Excellent service.

I asked for my passenger side low beam headlight to be adjusted, they claim it was, but when I pull up to my garage I can only see the drivers side low beam. Also, I have called several times for a copy of my estimates so I can plan service appointments and I still haven't seen it. Very disappointing.

We had a situation that one dealership in Stillwater caused, and two other dealerships could not fit us in to fix the issue. You guys said bring the car in, we will fit it in somehow. You did and in less than two hours later we were on the road!

All done, easy to get appointment, didn’t take too long. Noticed a few things on the papers that need to get done but wasn’t talked to about them while I was there.
