Appointment was easy to make, I was greeted when I got out of my car, 1st service so GM paid for it, had an opportunity to talk to the salesman and sales manager that sold me the new vehicle last fall!!!

I brought the truck in for service because it would not start due to a dead battery. I had brought the truck in 2 weeks earlier for the same problem and was told the battery was bad. I approved and paid for a new battery to be installed at that time. When I brought the truck in for the same problem, I was told the new battery was still at the tech's workstation and that he had not done the work. Not good!! I was given a $50 discount for the "inconvenience."

Our AC problem started in May. I had the 2017 Traverse in on May 9th. They could not find the problem/leak, so they put in dye and recharged the system, The AC failed June 15th. I made an appointment for June 19th. The leak was found but a part had to be ordered and would not arrive until Monday June 21st. We brought the Traverse home because we had a trip planned. We came home a day early so that we could get the Traverse in Friday June 27 at 7:30am. At 1pm Austin called and said things were not coming apart and we would need a new evaporator. We are now up to $1600 from the $1100 quoted and it would not be here until Monday June 30, with the car apart we had to leave it in the shop. I was not offered a curtesy car. I was having surgery June 30 and had to use my daughter's car. They were told to call my wife's cell that day with question fortunately she had mine. They had tech issues and no car that day. Tuesday's call was need more PARTS. Wednesday afternoon the Service Manager calls, still no Traverse but he is now working on it and assured me it would be fixed by closing THURSDAY. I told him how disappointed I was with the communications and service and expected an adjustment to the bill. He did call just before noon on Thursday July 3 saying that the Traverse was done and that Johnson Motors would be covering 1/2 the bill. As a long time customers for Johnson Motors we will continue to business with you but you will need to rebuild our trust.
