Very disappointed. I was there for over 3 hours. Was only updated once, told it would be about an hour. After two hours I had to inquire how much longer, it was 20 more minutes. Was told it was a software issue but in the end it was a mechanical problem.

Seemed like it took a long time to get stuff figured out. Appointment was Tuesday at 9am didn’t get my car back until Friday at closing time. I always had to call for updates and seemed very spendy with having the extended warranty. Plus everything wasn’t fixed that should have been with warranty that they claim is “bumper to bumper” that’s not true!

The service I requested was completed just fine, however, I was bombarded by no less than FIVE other “recommended” repairs/maintenance services on my vehicle….some very costly. I used to get a video of the undercarriage of my vehicle and the brakes, etc, which I haven’t gotten anymore.
